Alright, I've been here for 2 years and Crime rate is something to consider — St. Paul sits at 564.7 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
