Is St. Pete Beach a good place to live?

Just moved here 12 months ago and Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 8,832 people. Rent is about $1,753/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $639,900 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I work in construction here and it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market for my field is pretty good. Good luck with whatever you decide..
