Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $639,900 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
