First post here. I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $89,827, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,200 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
