First post here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance!

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

Came here for school and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The pet-friendliness is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The cultural scene is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Strong job market in several industries
- The outdoor recreation scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much competitive but now it's improving.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
