Day-to-day life in St. Petersburg, FL

The median home value here is around $331,500, which seems about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.

Moved here from Dallas about 12 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to healthcare but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
