Is St. Petersburg good for remote workers?

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Houston and It's a a mid-size city city with about 261K people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The outdoor recreation is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
