Rent vs buy in St. Petersburg — what makes sense?
I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a mid-size city city with about 261K people. With a population of 261K, St. Petersburg is a mid-size city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
