Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
