Just moved here 6 months ago and Homes are going for about $247,900 on average. With a population of 17,279, Stafford is a small town. The median home value here is around $247,900, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
