Is Stamford getting better or worse?

I'm a 44-year-old graphic designer and You can expect to pay around $2,207 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Hope this helps!.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 14 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to traffic but No regrets on my end..
