I'm originally from Tampa and Homes are going for about $614,300 on average. Average temperature is around 54°F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
