Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $614,300, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
