Anyone work in healthcare in Stanford?

Hello, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,925/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
