Best and worst neighborhoods in Stanford

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Raleigh and Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots?   Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
