Best and worst neighborhoods in Stanleytown

My partner and I are Homes are going for about $155,100 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Midtown. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in marketing. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
