Freelancing from Stansbury Park -experience?

First post here. Just moved here 11 months ago and Rent is about $1,761/month for a decent place. With a population of 11,163, Stansbury Park is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input.

I've lived in West for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Good schools in most areas

- Four distinct seasons

- The healthcare scene is excellent

The downsides:

- Not very walkable outside downtown

- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Feel free to reach out with questions..
