Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $452,600 on average. It's a a small town city with about 11,163 people. You can expect to pay around $1,761 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
