Is Stansbury Park getting better or worse?

Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $452,600 on average. It's a a small town city with about 11,163 people. You can expect to pay around $1,761 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
