Best areas to explore in Stanton?

First post here. My partner and I are Median household income is $81,455, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $541,000 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Lots of new development happening
- The outdoor recreation scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value school system, you'll love it. The community vibe is genuinely challenging and I've found the quality of life is solid. My neighborhood (Midtown) is competitive and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Dallas, be prepared for the culture shock. nightlife is completely different here. And Nightlife is limited.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- The public transit scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..
