I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,905 for rent here. Poverty rate is 9.4%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
