Stanton housing prices -when will it stop?

I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Stanton sits at 248.2 per 100K. With a population of 38,639, Stanton is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,905 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Great weather
- Growing food scene
- Lots of new development
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited dining options
- Boring for young people
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
