Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 2,359, Staples is a small town. The median home value here is around $119,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 2,359 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.
