Anyone regret moving to Starkville?

Hi all, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 18.5%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,611 people. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
