Household incomes average around $72,303 in State Center. Rent is about $741/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development.
