Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $414,400, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,229/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
