Alright, Been living here since 2021. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,680/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $220,700, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
