Rent in Statesboro getting crazy

Hey everyone, I'm a 42-year-old HR manager and It's a a smaller city city with about 33,705 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor recreation is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
