Working remotely from Statesville

First post here. Just moved here 8 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Statesville sits at 627.9 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Moved here from Baltimore about 10 years ago. I genuinely enjoy living here. Still getting used to cultural scene but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
