Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Tucson and Homes are going for about $239,300 on average. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
