Hello, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $239,300 on average. The median home value here is around $239,300, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,765 people. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
