Honest thoughts on life in Steiner Ranch

OK so Just moved here 8 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 18,683, Steiner Ranch is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Steiner Ranch? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Tampa it's solid.
