Starting a business in Steiner Ranch?
Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Tampa and Crime rate is something to consider -Steiner Ranch sits at 123.4 per 100K. Household incomes average around $195,181 in Steiner Ranch. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,880/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
