What I wish I knew before living in Steiner Ranch

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 2 months ago and Poverty rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $723,500, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation?

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much wild but now it's excellent.
