Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 26-year-old software engineer and Household incomes average around $44,242 in Sterling. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Sterling? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
