Is it worth buying in Sterling?

I've been here for 1 years and You can expect to pay around $1,052 for rent here. Rent is about $1,052/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
