Things that make Sterling unique

OK so I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $205,200, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
