Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Sterling sits at 1,414.0 per 100K. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
