Best areas to explore in Sterling Heights?

OK so I'm originally from Cleveland and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,267/month for a decent place. With a population of 133K, Sterling Heights is a mid-size city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
