Just moved to Sterling Heights, any tips?

OK so Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,267 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Southern places. I love the pace of life here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
