Moving to Sterling Heights — what should I know?

So, I work in logistics and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,267/month for a decent place. With a population of 133K, Sterling Heights is a mid-size city. Household incomes average around $78,429 in Sterling Heights. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Bought a house here in 2017 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone about the same since then.
