Quick question about Sterling Heights

Just moved here 18 months ago and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. With a population of 133K, Sterling Heights is a mid-size city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The dating scene is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
