Raising a family in Sterling -thoughts?

Hey, You can expect to pay around $780 for rent here. Rent is about $780/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Denver it's surprisingly good.
