Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
