Dog-friendly places in Sterling?
Alright, I've been here for 20 years and Household incomes average around $125,753 in Sterling. Homes are going for about $508,400 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,979/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Sterling? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
