Housing market in Sterling right now

First post here. I work in retail and It's a a smaller city city with about 31,251 people. Median household income is $125,753, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Highland side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much stable but now it's challenging.
