Best neighborhoods to rent in Steubenville?

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience?

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much reasonable but now it's tough.
