Anyone else love living in Stevenson Ranch?
OK so I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $1,033,300, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Stevenson Ranch? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
