Anyone regret moving to Stevenson Ranch?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Stevenson Ranch sits at 148.4 per 100K. With a population of 21,317, Stevenson Ranch is a small town. The unemployment rate is 6.0%, which is about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Salt Lake City it's decent.
