Is it worth buying in Stevenson Ranch?

Hi all, Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $2,777/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
