Life in Stevenson Ranch as a young professional

Hello, It's a a small town city with about 21,317 people. Homes are going for about $1,033,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? TIA!

I work in retail here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in North area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
